We’ll be sorry to see you go but all you need to do is cancel at least 5 working days before your next payment is due. You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to cancel@rezbot.com. Don’t forget to include your account number

Please send a request to contact@rezbot.com and we’ll look into this for you. We can’t promise we can add all gateway requests but we’ll certainly consider it.

No these are all handled by the payment gateway. We don’t store any payment or transaction details.

Geronigo takes a small commission of 20% of anything booked through their network. Remember this is on confirmed bookings only so you only pay for what you accept.
